zoom meeting never happened i waited for 45 mins...,,,...i knew it was too good to be true im so sick of companies like this they take your money offer no services and then disappear when you try to get your money back!!!

Vet ordered antibiotics that took 3 days to get here and by then my dog ended up dying after 1 dose

Cancelled several times. Cant get rid of them.
They keep illegally charging on my credit card. I even changed my credit card numbers but they still keep robbing me every month. Do I need the police to get involved? Or the attorney general?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They would not address their website issues or offer any refunds until I mentioned I would report their business practices.
My pet was having issues after we went to the beach (some sand ingestion), so I wanted to do a virtual call with Dutch. Their website is having technical issues where I could not book a call, nor upload my dog's info to the platform, and now the website isn't allowing me to cancel the membership.
Dutch responded by saying they won't refund even if services aren't used and won't address the website issues either.
I'm keeping screenshots of all interactions.

Invalid meeting message during appointment time.
They don't text you the meeting is. You can't do telehealth of they mess up NOR can you get anyone on customer service by phone.
They were good last year idk what this is.
The vet told me that is was cancelled this morning and to email them.
What is she on?
I need the not give a damn she has. I just spent 160 bucks and waited 2 days for you to tell me to email people because you no showed an appointment?

They do not cancel when you request it and continue to charge your account. Do not use their services, the vet didn’t even show up for the scheduled tele appointment.

I initially got this program somewhat in a panic trying to make an appointment for my cat who was miscarrying. I bought the $200 package 200+ whatever and the insurance is only for one of my animals and they dont do prescription that so what was the point I find that this website is strictly for needy pet people that have attention seeking behavior and if you want to buy some flea medicine, but youre still gonna pay for it so whats the point?

Signed up, and then was told I would not get the prescription I needed for my dog. Tried to cancel, cannot get hold of anyone.

The business idea behind this website might be a great idea in theory. However, it has been over 24 hours since my dog was seen by their veterinarian.
I need a simple incontinence medication for my dog that she's already been taking for years, and now it's been over a full day and I still do not have a prescription in the pharmacy. They don't have it from them either. I keep getting text messages or emails randomly stating that it will take 24 hours. However, that's the same message that I got since yesterday afternoon.
There is nobody to whom you can speak.
This company is complete nonsense and I will definitely be reversing my charges on my credit card because this is ridiculous. I could've really gone to the vet in person and gotten this taken care of instead of wasting my time with this website.

Dutch should be shunned by all pet owners. I sent SOS message to Dutch that I needed help for my cat asap.
I suspected pneumonia.
It took over 12 hours for Support to email that they had received my message. I NEVER received a call-back, I Never talked with a Vet, even after I paid.
Support lies & says I asked for express delivery.
